Smoothies are great because they contain many of the important enzymes, vitamins, and minerals that we need to stay healthy, be full of energy and fight off disease.

I love smoothies for breakfast, lunch, dinner or any other occasion. Here are my top 5 smoothie ingredients:

1. Banana (great for the sweetness)
2. Spinach (perfect for the green color)
3. Berries (strawberry, blueberry)
4. Watermelon (when it is the only one ingredient)
5. Water (it gives the most natural and pure taste)

and of course, all the seeds, nuts and flowers that make the smoothies so beautiful. 🙂
