  • 4 Portobello Mushrooms
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Squash
  • Spinach
  • Tofu
  • A pinch of Salt
  • Several Grinds of Pepper
  • Chili Flakes


  1. Wash the portobello mushrooms and put them in the oven for about 20 minutes on 190C.
  2. Cut tomatoes and squash in slices and also put them in the oven (the same temperature and time). Spice them according to your taste. I personally use some salt, pepper and chili flakes.
  3. Cut tofu in slices that will fit the size of portobello mushroom.
