- 4 Portobello Mushrooms
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 Squash
- A pinch of Salt
- Several Grinds of Pepper
- Chili Flakes
- Wash the portobello mushrooms and put them in the oven for about 20 minutes on 190C.
- Cut tomatoes and squash in slices and also put them in the oven (the same temperature and time). Spice them according to your taste. I personally use some salt, pepper and chili flakes.
- Cut tofu in slices that will fit the size of portobello mushroom.
