1. Strawberry Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 small banana
1 cup water (you can also use almond or soy milk)
1/3 cup oats
10 strawberries
Some nuts for topping

2. Blueberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
1 cup water (you can also use almond or soy milk)
Some nuts, seeds or berries for topping

3. Super Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1- 2 cups spinach
1 avocado
1 apple
1 cup water (you can also use almond or soy milk)
1 tablespoon almond butter
Some nuts, seeds or berries for topping

4. Banana Cacao Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup silken tofu
1 banana
2 tablespoons cacao
1 cup water (you can also use almond or soy milk)
Some nuts, seeds or berries for topping

DIRECTIONS (for the first 4 smoothies)

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Add vanilla or some agave syrup if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses or a bowl and serve.

5. Watermelon smoothie

This smoothie is perfect in summer and has only 2 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
1/4 of water mellon (medium size)
Some ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine watermelon and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses or a bowl and serve.
