Ingredients
  • 500 g extra firm or well-drained tofu
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • dash pepper
  • some chili flakes
  • egg replacer for 2 eggs
  • oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Fry onion and garlic in the pan.
  2. Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a large bowl with some seasoning and mix well.
  3. Heat both the oil in a frying pan.
  4. Cook 4-5 mins until golden, flip the pattie and cook the other side. Do this in batches, keeping finished patties warm in a low oven.
